I keep growing businesses organized, documented, and moving

I've spent more than 20 years in business operations, and I started young.

I grew up working in my family's technology business, and by the time I left I was running much of the administrative side: databases, billing, QuickBooks, marketing, and client support. Growing up inside a small, owner-run company taught me what my clients live every day: everyone wears five hats, and the owner carries the weight of all of them. Along the way, I also worked as an assistant and licensed Realtor in residential real estate.

In 2011 I moved into public service with Alameda County's foster care eligibility unit, processing applications, managing records, and supporting the technicians serving foster youth. That's where I learned that documentation and follow-through aren't busywork. They're what keep important things from falling through the cracks.

In 2015 I left the county to be home with my daughter and became Project Coordinator for an interior design firm. In November of that year I started my own practice. One of my early contracts was serving as Member Services Director for SF Bay Area NARI, where I managed memberships and meetings for the region's remodeling companies and got to know their businesses from the inside.

Since then I've worked with remodelers, painters, a registered investment advisory firm, an insurance agency, a marketing agency for plumbers, and a real estate investor. The industries differ, but the work is the same: build systems that hold, and keep everything moving.

Today my practice operates as Montecino Group LLC, and I work with clients remotely from Arkansas.
